Woof-A-Palooza 2022
The 2022 version of Woof-A-Palooza was held on Sunday, May 8 at Forsythia Crossing Park. Rain did not dampen the spirits of those who participated in the 5 Mile Race, 5 K Race or 2 Mile Fun Walk or the Under Age 10 Obstacle Course. Plus, the Middletown Township Police Department K-9 team showcased their talents with a demonstration after all the events were over. A special thanks to all the participants and to Middletown Township Public Works, Parks and Recreation and Police Departments for their awesome help to insure the race ran smoothly.
Since the event started five years ago, generous contributions from the community and the corporate sponsor Inspire Federal Credit Union have provided funds to purchase and train four police K-9s. The Middletown Township Police Department is grateful for the support they have received to continue to improve the quality of life in the community we are proud to call home.
