About The 2010 Scholarship Program and Requirements

The Middletown Community Foundation awards scholarships to high school seniors residing in Middletown Township to be used for higher education. The scholarships must be used to pay for tuition and fees to enroll in or attend an educational institution, or to purchase books, supplies and equipment that are required of all students for their course work. In 2010, the Scholarship Committee awarded thirteen scholarships in varying amounts from $500 to $2,000 based on the essays submitted by the entrants.

We are pleased that one student is a recipient of the "Becky Marseglia Volunteer Service Scholarship" for $1500.00, while another is a recipient of the "Dectective Christopher Jones Volunteer Service Scholarship" for $1500.00.

We are also pleased that students from several area high schools are recipients and we wish all our winners the best in their future endeavors. We hope they continue to participate in community service activities during their college years.
