FUNDING CRITERIA

The Middletown Community Foundation is a non-profit organization created to enhance the quality of life for individuals who live and work in Middletown Township. The Foundation’s mission is to promote and enhance the community’s quality of life by improving public service programs in partnership with other non-profit Middletown community groups.

All requests for grants from the Foundation must meet the criteria established in the by-laws. Grants can only be provided for programs that enhance the quality of life and benefit the community of Middletown Township.

HOW TO APPLY

Grant applications are considered on an ongoing basis. Non-profit groups that meet the criteria outlined above are invited to submit a written proposal.

Please complete and submit the following grant form, Parts 1, 2, and 3. Some questions in Part 2 deal with information from the Part 3 Detail Budget, at which point you may want to scroll down and review or complete the Part 3 Detail Budget.
